"My overall responsibilities are to monitor the Call Center activities such as PD staff requests for time off, lateness, call outs, inbound and outbound calls. I also communicate daily with school administers, supervise the RRM team, and others as needed. My duties go on to include conducting our New Hire meetings, RRM team meetings/activities, providing, scheduling and producing on the job training skits and webinars. I am also a Crisis Prevention Institute certified instructor in Verbal Intervention and De-Escalation Techniques. I love EVERY day."
