"My overall responsibilities is to train, maintain and disseminate accurate information from the office, conduct bi-weekly reports concerning my visits, monitor the Red Clay School District and portions of the Colonial School and Christina School Districts. I hold employees responsible in adhering to the policies and procedures of Positive Directions II, LLC. I attend trainings to help empower and advance my abilities and work as a liaison for the company to resolve and to maintain a positive relationship with the schools. I also assist with evaluations twice a year."
