A minimum of 3 years experience in working with students (in a school setting preferred).
Have the knowledge and skills to work with students and appropriately employ de-escalation, re-directions or crisis reduction strategies when appropriate.
Demonstrate the ability to be a team player and work under the daily supervision of professional school staff.
Description:
De-escalation and "time-out" students, for the purpose of modifying the students' behavior and emotional needs so that they can return to the learning environment.
Specific duties for each position may very from school to school as designed by building administrators.
Provide the appropriate paperwork required by the "Positive Directions II, LLC" Supervisor in a timely manner.
Adhere to all policies and procedure of the school assigned to as well as the hiring company.
